Our Shadow Day Program, which is available to any young professional wishing to obtain experience and exposure to help them prepare for their future career, is one aspect of our dedication to young professionals. We are a branding and brand marketing agency, however anyone who would like to apply can still learn about this opportunity.
We assert that a person's career can be transformed by a Creative Saints Shadow Day. For a significant number of our Shadows, this is their first experience working at a legitimate agency and in an office setting. From naming brainstorms to strategy sessions with our Chief Strategy Officer, we involve them in every aspect of our work. We help them with their job hunt by conducting mock interviews and résumé reviews. They are invited to join in and contribute meaningfully, and we truly appreciate what they have to say.
All in all, we strive to ensure that we can return the favor by making an experience as significant and transformative as we possibly can.
